    Very nice looking holster! I learned to do that on wood many years ago when working on a $3M dollar house and used it on my wood that I did for taxidermy mounts, probably same process with leather. Great Job!

    That is incredibly good stitching, you certainly have an awesome talent. The design and texture/color is also attractive and unique. Very nice!

    Thanks everybody! I appreciate the support! Any input on design flaws/features would be very helpful, too, since I've never actually carried, myself (lived in Illinois until two years ago). This design was a combination of a few things I had seen and some basic concepts (like keeping the gun tight to your side, which the stitched-on front slot panel does nicely) as well as my sheathmaking basics, so if there are things I should change or consider in the future I'm always open to hearing them.
