how are you - what is the process for blocking ?
i assume when you say blocking it means fitting and getting the "profile " in the leather

I first test the (unloaded) weapon in it's respective holster for snugness. If it is too difficult to draw, I then put the holster on and try it JIC. If this is still the case, I try multiple draws and reholsters to see if it loosens slightly. If this doesn't work, I place either wax paper or a plastic baggie (Ziplock) around the weapon and insert it into the holster for a while. Some holsters require the "bag trick" to sit overnight but the TT leather is formed and fitted so well that I only performed minor blocking to suit my personal tastes. YMMVOC
