Comp-Tac Infidel holster?
I have been looking for a IWB holster for my Glock 27. I was set on getting a nice quality leather holster, but with the thinkness of the Glock I am thinking that a Kydex holster may be a better choice. I am strongly concidering the Comp-tac Infidel. Does anybody have this holster or any experience with it? It's fairly inexpensive, a 3 day wait, it's easy on/off and has a 30 day trial period. Any info you guys have on this holster would be helpfull. Thanks

I have one and have used it a great deal with a G19 and 23. I like it well enough, but cant recomend it for a heavier gun than a Glock.

I have a C-Tac for my sig p228 and an M-Tac for my M&P compact. I've worn the C-Tac allot, M-Tac not as much (just got it). The C-Tac is pretty similar to the infidel just with two struts instead of one. The only issue I have, is when sitting. The tip of the holster digs in my hip some, and the top of the sweat guard can dig in your side some. What little wearing I've done of the M-Tac so far, it doesn't have that problem, but if you have any love handles at all, it could be difficult to one hand reholster because it will curl the leather in over the opening.
If I were going to get the Infidel, I'd get it with one of the strut options, not the loop or clip that are right on the holster. The strut helps the holster have as low a profile as possible (reduces the bulge).
