Received my CBST for my Kimber Ultra Crimson Carry II, and it rides like a champ on my Beltman belt. I swear, the belt is 75% of the rig quality. You need that support to hold any weapon. I am giving the CBST a ride to break her in, but the draw is smooth and consistent, and it disappears under my polo shirt and shorts. Sweet product, plus I ordered it and received it under three weeks later. Spend some of the holster $$ on a quality belt!
once you get the CBST you will never use anything else. It is extremely comfortable. the only con i have is the wait time. 2 to 4 weeks.
I just drove 4200 miles in about 5 days. I wore my CBST and my S&W M&P .40c the entire time. The only time i removed it was when I drove through the People's Republic of Union Soviet Socialists of Illinois.
I forgot I had the thing on. I literally had ZERO discomfort wearing it.
I carry at 4-5, right side, front hole at 1, back hole at 3.
I don't even have a good belt yet, as I am being to broke to spend 80 on a belt, or even 50 on one.
I suspect that when I get a good belt, this will just get better.
I have had my CBST for almost 12 hours. I put it on last night and loved it instantly. I carried my 1911 around the house all night. Unless someting changes it's gonna be awesome!
After being burnt myself few times I would never again take too seriously other folks' holster recommendations unless those folks at least mention their body type.
Your height, weight, waist size, muscle mass, fat here or there, "extra" bones, skin sensitivity, all those factors are IMO at least as important as the holster design and quality. That's why many of us end up with the whole drawer full of holsters.
The days of a thick holster with belt loops stacked right on top of it are over for me. MTAC, Supertuck, etc is the future of the holster industry IMO. When I find something that works better for me, I'll switch, until then these 2 holsters are pretty much top dog.
I am a big guy. I have a 38" waste, abouts, am 6'0" and 255 pounds. I have a build like an NFL line backer. I do have a small issue with these love handles, and I suspect when my waster gets back to 34 or even 36, this thing will just get better.
My experience with CBST
Well guys this is my first post on the forum...
Been lurking for a few weeks and this site actually helped sell me on the CBST holster, that and several youtube vids.
I received my holster last friday. I ordered the horsehide, left hand, in combat cut, and also a crossbreed pistol belt.
The belt and holster are well made, and I am a stickler for quality.
I was skeptical at first, and the first hour or two I could feel it, but after a day of working out in the heat, and a lil saddle soap and mink oil this thing conformed to my body and I can't even feel it now. I fell asleep on couch with it on saturday.
The glock 23 retains well, and I would say I am as pleased with this IWB holster as I am with my Bianchi carrylock 82 (which is OWB and very good as well)
The combat cut is a must for me. It allows quick draw and the weapon is close to my body.
I'll wear this one until my Milt Sparks comes in, then I will have 3 AWESOME functional holsters for my glocks (I plan on getting a G19 soon)
Also, I'm 6' 167lbs and the holster conceals and wears great.
Welcome to the forum and the club. The CBST lover's club.

I'd say for 60$ you can't go wrong.
This forum kicks ass. I hope to advertise on here at some point. I have a small business I'm trying to grow over at new-revolution.info (shameless plug)
