My G23 rides in mt MTAC just behind my right hip anywhere from 3:30 to the 4:30 positition depending on what I'm wearing and my mood.
It's forward canted......I believe one or two 'notches' lower on the forward clip.

I wear my MTAC on my right hip between my front and back pockets, usually a little closer to the back. This allows me to access my front and back pockets without trouble, and is probably the best spot for concealment... for me. My sig is a bit bigger than the G26 though.
I carry a G27 @ 4oclock in an MTAC. the Standard clips are spray painted to match the belt. I am 5'11" & 200 lbs

How comfortable is this 4:00 carry position when you're sitting -- particularly in a car?
I carry my M&Pc in an M-Tac just slightly forward of 3:00, with it in the bottom hole of the front clip and in the second hole from the top on the back clip. It's comfortable to me, and conceals well.

Mine stays at 3:00 or 3:30 position. I believe at almost maximum forward cant. For me this was the easiest to draw from and was the most comfortable while driving.

Forward canted, deep ride, about 4:30ish (the muzzle pretty much ends up under my back pocket). Works for SIG P239, P220, and P226 right there.

I carry a G27 in an MTAC at appendix carry (2:00) with no cant (straight drop). I put the front belt clip pretty close to the buckle. This is very comfortable for me, even when sitting or driving.

Depends on if I've hit the pizza a bit much recently. From 3 to 4:30 with a forward cant. Ride height also depends. That's the great thing about them - they're adjustable.
I have 5 different M-tacs I carry mine between 3:00 and 4:15 when driving I simply shift to a sweet spot and find that it does not even feel noticable.
