If looking for all leather, Fist makes several relatively inexpensive models. IMO, this is probably one of the most underrated holsters made today. Simply well made and a good value.
If looking for kydex or hybrids, consider Comp-Tac Products, makers of the MTAC Minotaur (and others). Many folks report these as extremely comfortable.
Your best weapon is your brain. Don't leave home without it.
Thoughts: Justifiable self defense.

Try contacting a member here, bigo5552000. He's getting under way with holsters and the pics of his work look good. He gave me a very reasonable price on a simple holster I wanted, but unfortunately he couldn't get the correct mold for my gun. You can find him via the Members List or just with the search functions.

There are lots of quality holsters makers, many are within these threads. That said, let me second the Fist suggestion...I have over 3 dozen+ holsters from Fist and I have never been disappointed.

Peruse this link. They've got decent holsters that may fit your gun. Worth a peek. I've got the Pro Carry LT for my G30 and have no complaints except the cant. I'd rather have a fwd cant, but didn't order it that way. Who's fault is that?

You may want to try Lobo Gun Leather. Ray may be doing something at that price range.

As I recall, the UBG Canute starts at $70. It is a top end holster at a superb price.

I was very impressed with the holster I received from Carl at CC Holsters.
All of his holsters are under $70. The fit and finish is on par with hosters I've spent over $100 for. The wait time is very reasonable, too.

I'm not sure what "custom" means to you, but for the money, and a bit less, you can get a lined IWB from Bullard that is very nice.
