I especially like the clip High Noon uses because it doesnt have the extra turned out flare at the bottom that some clip holsters use.

Exactly. The crappy design you're referring to is called a "J" clip. They look like they're just begging to slip out from under the belt. High Noon uses (someone correct me if I'm wrong) a "C" clip that grips the belt securely.

They're strong enough to hold up a house.
