new GARRETT INDUSTRIES AMERICAN STATESMAN HOLSTER

I just received a new holster form Ron at Garrett Industries. I have been using a Silent Thunder in appendix carry for my Tussey Jr, Kimber RCP(with C&S STS)
I was talking with him a month or so ago and he told me about a new line of leather holsters he was introducing. I just got it today and wow. This is a thin holster ((with a piece of Kydex at the mouth for easy re-holstering) and it is even thinner than my Silent Thunder Slim. The leather is very comfortable so, it is on my belt now. Great product and great service.

Is that black leather inside the cutouts? Or is there something inlayed? I like that touch.

The black is the kydex he puts in to hold the top of the holster open for one handed re-holstering. The holster is much thinner than my CoverUp Plus.

Yes, that is correct. I spoke with him yesterday as I ordered another holster from him.

It really did not require breaking in as it has an adjustable tension screw. The leather is double thick but, still thin. Overall a soft version of his kydex silent Thunder. Love it.

Two weeks is a standard we hope to maintain throughout next year also. Christmas cut-off will be Thursday December,16 ..Noon Central time. Anything after that will have to go Express Mail to make it by Christmas.
