I had an issue with my Blade Tech one size fits all holster for a Glock.
I tried to tighten it a bit too tight and put a washer on the tension screw so it wouldn’t dig into my skin when I tried A-IWB…and when I drew the gun, I cracked the holster.
Yeah. Apparently if you tighten a holster WAY too much and then don’t allow the kydex to flex, it could crack…who knew?
So, I called Blade Tech, and they said to just send it in with a note. I do…but when I checked on it, somehow it never arrived.
So they sent me a replacement.
Blade-Tech. They rock. (And the holsters are nice too...)
Had same experience when my paddle rig developed a stress fracture on the underside of the paddle. I called and they replaced it no questions asked. I wasnt even the original owner.
