I usually carry mine in a HighNoon Split Decision. It's a tuckable, so you can carry shirt tucked in or as a regular IWB. Leather is thin, holds well, and I find it comfortable.

Assuming you are not seeking comfort at the expense of function and as you did specify cc, I suggest the Simply Rugged Silver Dollar for your SP101. It's what I use for mine.

    Kramer MSP Paddle for comfort.
I prefer my del Fatti, it's as comfortable, and is an IWB Holster.

Same here. Ive tried all the cheap nylon holsters. Finally got a Silver Dollar Pancake and Ive found what I was looking for. Holds my 3 inch SP101 very snug against my waist. I can conceal it with a t-shirt. I like it.

I use a Don Hume IWB in appendix carry. Can't tell it's there.
Yeah, My old CCW 9 MM is nicknamed "Barkey"
    New CCW LCP is "Elsie"
and my 12 Ga S x S Coach gun is "Boomer"
Wife's weapon is "Miss Pearl" (SP101 .357 w/mother of pearl inserts)

I have a Wild Bill paddle for mine, but am seriously considering a Simply Rugged pancake after the first of the year.

+1 on the Kramer MSP. Ordered them for all of our revolvers (S&W M19s and SP101s) at a former post, and couldn't have been happier.
A man fires a rifle for many years, and he goes to war. And afterward he turns the rifle in at the armory, and he believes he's finished with the rifle. But no matter what else he might do with his hands - love a woman, build a house, change his son's diaper - his hands remember the rifle.

+1 It is surprising how comfortable this rig is. Conceals very well too.

    Cool

I bought my friend a Simply Rugged Silver Dollar for a S&W 66 I sold him and you would have thought I got him a Mercedes. Cross draw or strong side it works great. That said I like inside the waist band appendix carry and have a High Noon Mr. Softy for my SP-101.

I have three of his select grades for my autos and the most comfortable I have ever used IWB. I also have a Little Bear Hi bred for an L frame Smith in .44 spec that wears very well but not quite as comfortable as the AKJ's.
