    Indeed. Its a Model 27-2, 3-1/2". A friend for many decades, since I bought it, new.

    Does it concern you at all that the muzzle of your gun is pointing to a very large artery (or vein, I don't remember which)?

    Subclavian artery. It doesn't concern me personally because as long as the trigger is covered, the gun is not going off unless I mess with it.

    No. All of the inverted rigs I have owned, including a B&M Lightening covered the trigger.
    Here is a little different take on inverted, its a Null SMZ. I don't use it as I don't like the draw method. You must torque the gun to break open the snap.
