If you like crossdraw you should consider the FIST #42. I have one for my SP101 that gets used on long driving trips. Good piece of equipment.

consider the Remora holster. Read the thread on this forum. It works either strong side or crossdraw.

I use the Blackhawk! SERPA Lvl II holster. Get the one that has belt loops (adjustable) and put it at your 1000-1130. I wear it all the time with a full-size 1911 and it works great. I find that I can slide it around as I need it hidden or quickly accessed. The retention is great, and the price is a LOT cheaper than leather or custom kydex.
Oh, and the cant is adjustable as well. I have mine about half-way between neutral (straight) drop and the "full" 15 degrees. Works perfectly.
