You'll get lots of recommendations to your question martino. Since I'm first, I carry my XDM in .40 in a Crossbreed Supertuck. Very comfortable for EDC, and very concealable. Also works for my XD9sc. Kind of a 2fer. You will probably end up trying out a few and end up with a drawer full of 'em before you settle on one. So one vote for the ST!

I shopped around for a while for IWB holsters....settled on a Crossbreed supertuck "deluxe" in horse hide. I also ordered the gun belt from Crosbreed since it has the velcro sewn into the belt for x-tra concealment when tucked.

I have been wearing a Nick Matthews #1 IWB for just over a week now. It is very comfy. So much so I forget it is there at times. It took only a couple of days to break in. His turn around is awesome. I had my holster in less than two weeks.

    Hello martino,
Selecting a holster on-line is about as risky as ordering gloves you haven’t personally tried on. It’s soOoo subjective but here it goes anyway. I have no experience with a XDM but for the SP101 I’d consider the Alessi Deep Cover (if available). It’s relatively inexpensive and the quality is excellent. Currently, it’s my favorite for my S&W stainless 640. Much like dating, you’ll end up with a few winners and losers. By the way, welcome to the forum.

I really like High Noon Holsters. I carry my Glocks in the Public Secret and my SP-101 in the Mr. Softy.

Crossbreed Supertuck +1....oh so comfortable. If you haven't tried one, give yourself a late Christmas present and give 'er a ride. I forget I have the gun on. The leather backing molds to your waist, and it disappears.

Tucker Texas Heritage all the way. I haven't tried the others that folks are recommending, but I have 2 Tuckers and they are top notch and well thought out. Turn around for 2 holsters was advertised at 8 weeks, but only took 4. Well worth the wait.

For the SP101 I made an IWB using some new tan kydex! Very comfortable, secure and discrete!

For the SP101, I think the best I've found for mine was a COMIII from HBE Leather. they're about $109. My second favorite is an IWB from AKJ Concealco. Very good indeed and a lower price point. UBG also makes some decent IWB but I like the COMIII better, it seems to hold my gun tighter and wraps better around my side.
