Mitch Rosen UPL is a high ride OWB. There's an Express version (UPL-EXP) as well.
C Rusty Sherrick is another although his are all horsehide. He makes some nice stuff.

Another vote for Mitch Rosen. I've been wanting a M.R. for a long time. The Rear Guard is my pick although I think the holster name has changed. It's all good ~

That THR from Mitch Rosen is almost identical to Josh Bulmans design. I have had several Rosen Holster...top notch.

Josh and Mitch have holsters that are almost exact. I own both Josh's THR and Rosen's UPL and they are both fantastic hosters. Luckily my timing with Josh was good as i placed a big order with him. It was a long 1 year wait but my order arrived and the leather is awesome. Josh was easier to work with and was more pleasant on the phone. I asked for something off the menu and Josh was willing to do it. Mitch can be a pain in the ass and rude on the phone but his leather is nice. Mitch's wife is better to deal with.
Take a look at TT gunleather. Tim is awesome to deal with. Super nice guy and he makes a Nice high ride holster. His quality is equal to or better than Milt Sparks. Only problem is he has a 5-6 month wait but his leather is worth the wait
