    Need a holster for a 3913 LadySmith (Upswept dust cover)

    Tried to order it from Crossbreed, but instead got this less-than-helpful message:

    ================================================== ===
    Sorry, but we don't make any holsters to fit that gun and due to our order volume we cannot do custom orders.

    Please let me know if I you have any other questions or if I can be of further assistance.

    ==================================================

    Anyone know of any custom makers who CAN make one for a 3913?

    Mitch Rosen makes 3913LS/3913NL (same thing) as both have up turned frame. I have a real nice owb he made for me. I dont think he will make his express gear for the LS model, so be prepared to spend some cash but his premium gear is awesome. Some regular 3913 leather does work with the LS model and vice versa but be warned not all leather works like this.

    Wow thanks much guys. I will do some more research. I got swept away with work last few weeks but I can't complain after being laid off for such a long time (about 18 months!). Yeah actually the handgun is the 3913NL, love it, bought it new in 1991 for wife, got my carry permit in Dec 2008 and it was a natural for that. Been using this el-cheapo holster that's finally falling apart. Once I get a good one for it, I plan to also buy a holster for my brand-spanking-new SW MP40c from whoever gives me a good holster for the 3913...

    I'm not sure but you can try Ray at LoboGunleather.com. He's been in the business for a long time and gets good reviews from folks on this forum.

    MNBURL - wasn't sure if you carried this holster or not. I have had Side Guard Holsters bookmarked in my favorites for a long time. I have always admired your work. I recommended Ray at Lobo because I know he has been in the business for a long time and he has personally helped me get started in holster making. So if I can throw anything Ray's way it's just to say thanks to him.

    I use a Bianchi #5 for a 1911 style. The 3913 fits nicely and since its hammer is bobbed, the cross stap fits perfectly across the top of the slide.

    Ray is a good guy and I have talked with him a number of times. We both do a lot of smiths because we both carry a lot of them and spend time at the S&W Forum a lot.

    I would never expect you to know what forms I might have. Thanks for the kind words.

    Well then sir I will be getting a IWB double tuck clip reinforced. Just waiting for next paycheck. Once the first holster comes, or maybe sooner depending, I'll be getting the same for the MP40c. THANKS for the reply!
