I can carry my 23 or 26 in it. Been carrying either gun for 2 years almost everyday in it and it's still like new. Awesome holster and very comforable.
Pick any holster maker from this forum! They all do excellent work with all day comfort and concealment!
I can personally vouch for a couple, but I would hate to leave out the others who I also know make awesome rigs. Really, anyone who is a member here who makes holsters is the best place to start.

Kholster. Very comfortable. Just as comfortable, more adjustable and less expensive than the CBST. I have them for all my carry guns.

crossbreed for my g23 99% of the time. i also have an owb i think its a galco but i prefer the crossbreed.

I too have a g23 and wear it in a combat cut horsehide supertuck delux. I love how quick it goes on and I have fell asleep on couch with it on several times... So its comfy. It also has seen lots of sweat and dirt, cleans up well.
Im happy with it, versamax ii is great too but 6 months for a milt sparks is just overkill for me

I carry my Glock 23 in a Galco Summer IWB holster. It's not the most comfortable, but it conceals well enough for me (6'4" 215) and I can draw very quickly using it. I'm shopping around for other options that can give me a little comfort to go with the quick draw.

Might want to give Sidearmor a try. Like mine for both IWB (I work outdoors) OWB winter months with more clothes on. DANG GOOD SERVICE!
