    Rosen Double EXP shoulder rig

Of late, I've been having low back problems which are exacerbated by IWB carry, and even somewhat by OWB carry. Therefore, I've had to resort to shoulder rigs, at least for the short term. I recently received the coolest shoulder rig I've ever owned, in which I carry both my Ultra Aegis 9x23s. Here 'tis:

Thanks, all! Yesterday, my wife spotted me before I donned my jacket. She asked, "Why do you have to carry two guns?" I answered, "Well, I don't, but it makes me better balanced."

    Thumbs up

Good job. If you're gonna go to the trouble of concealing a shoulder rig, you may as well have two guns in there.

    Double Rig

Certainly your wife wants you to walk 'the straight and narrow'.
Also, could you imagine what would happen if you had a single rig and was ever asked to 'walk a straight line'?

Hope it works out well for you!

My Uncle JC always parted his hair in the middle. He said it was to balance his brain. Me, my hair is too short to part, so the paired 9x23s balance my brain, instead.

I've carried my 1911's like this in a Galco shoulder holster at one time. I like shoulder holsters and carrying double was a good idea. That being said, I found vertical carry to be more practical (for me, anyway) because the pistols could be drawn with either hand from either position. I suppose ambidextrous draw could be achieved with horizontal carry, but I think it would be much more difficult.

Everyone is right, however, it does look cool.

That is cool,.... really cool! But where's the spare mags??

I too love a shoulder rig but find 2 xtra mags with a 6P on my opposite side is perfect counter balance for my 229.

    Did I mention that's a cool rig?
