    Cel Pal Pager Pal Complaint

    Ordered this product nearly a month ago and changed my mind and requested a refund via email (the only way to contact them, no phone number on their web page). No responses to my inquiries/requests. Kinda silly that someone in business today would behave in this manner over a $100 order. You would thinks one's good name is worth more than that in a down economy. Hope the guy finally sees the light and just does the right thing. Send my refund!

    I never received the product and requested the order cancellation before the product was sent. Never have seen the item. How has anyone stayed in business for any length of time with that sort of customer service?

    Sounds like charging 100.00 for a 10.00 product is pretty good profit margine

    How did you pay for it? If you paid by credit card, contact the institution that issued you the card. Let them do the legwork for you.

    If you ordered via credit card, call the card company & contest the charge. Tell them the vendor has not shipped & has been sent a cancellation request yet will not acknowledge or respond. They will reverse the charge and THEY will contact the vendor.
    As far as a DEEP concealment holster with various uses, take a look at the Smart Carry The customer service is top notch & the holster is extremely comfortable!

    If it is the same one as the "Pager Pal" I don't like the product, and don't care for the own. He was a vendor at a LEO conference for several years that I was involved in. After he wrote a couple of bad checks two years running for his vendors fees he was banded as a vendor from the conference.
