Holster, Belt and Mag pouch options

First let me state that I am aware of the Crossbreed options, I had a Supertuck with a Kimber and loved how it carried, even on a cheap belt.

Now for the questions. I have a Glock 19. I would like a IWB holster for it (or a good but easy to conceal OWB). I also need some thoughts on an extra magazine holster and the hard part for me to find, a good belt to carry it all on. I am a bigger guy (size 42-44 pants) and typically wear T-shirts and jeans, sweatshirts in the winter and a lot of polo style shirts (untucked). I will say that I looked at the CBST belts and may consider one, the measuring they ask you to do confuses me a bit though.

Thoughts? Currently I have Fobus OWB for my Glock and it holds it secure but the belt does not hold it tight to my body.

I'm about the same size and use a beltman 1.5 inch with my CBST and the combination is wonderful. I have not tried the Crossbreed betls, but if their the quality of their belts is even close to their holsters, you can't go wrong.

    Cool

I just got this rig for my G-36 from Side Guard. I already had a Beltman belt in the same color. Good quality resonably priced and arrived on time.

I really think Side Guard makes some great looking rigs. I like the looks of his mag pouch.

I have been very happy with my Comp-Tac belt. They run about 80 bucks, but they have a 2 day turn-around right now.

    Holster belt and mag pouch

Here is a holster, belt and mag pouch set that I made my younger brother. He called me this morning to say thanks which made me think to post a pic.

He wanted a cross draw with thumb break. He is left handed.

Beltman belts are unsurpassable. I have a FIST and reinforced Wilderness - neither are even close to Beltman's.

There are reputable holster makers already listed above. You should also look at FIST HolstersFIST, Inc. You can get ideas on styles, colors and materials. Some are designed for both IWB and OWB carry. I have several leather and Kydex holsters by FIST and am well pleased.

Features to look for in whatever brand you choose are a pancake platform, belt slots/loops fore and aft the gun, and a reinforced mouth. A thumb snap is also good. None of us plan to slip and fall or otherwise roll around on the pavement but stuff happens so retention is important. You are not required to always snap it but the option is always there.
