I call this the 'speed card'... I've been using this daily for the past month or so, it has worked out great. It's also really easy to make. I just bought a bag of leather scraps from my local craft store, glued two together with some leather glue, and cut it out with a razor knife. I made it to fit my 5-star loaders that go with my my 642, but even though the fit is not as good, it works just fine with the 6 round HK's for my Colt.
I always try to make things from the starting point of 'what's the least amount of time/effort/materials that will accomplish the task. With this, the point is to keep the loaders in the same spot and high enough in the pocket for a quick grab. It works perfect for that, There is enough retention from just the leather between the rounds to hold it a little, but gravity and the fact that it's in your pocket does most of the work.
This goes in my cargo pants pocket, and the 642 goes in a smart carry, That's my at-work system. I originally made this to fit a rounded jeans pocket, but it works fine in the square pocket, too.
