SmartCarry, been a good option for me.

My opinion shouldn't be taken seriously due to the fact that I've been shooting guns for over 30 years and have only recently been active on gun forums, where all the real world knowledge apparently is.

Appendix carry, I use a minituck for my PM9. And just purchased a High Noon Public Secret for my G36, same carry. appendix

Ditto on Appendix, it is a great place to carry short-barreled guns. Just about any of the clip models will work, and Remora is a great choice too.

Like mentioned Appendix Carry works great for those small autos.
Highly recommend Bear Creek Holsters. Doug can make you an iwb however you'd like it (ie. ride height, etc.)

I have Sig .380, I have a great locally made pocket holster which is my preferred method for that gun. However, I wear scrubs 5-6 days a week and most holsters are out (not a fan of ankle options). I have tried a few belly bands without luck but got a Kangaroo Carry underarm holster which seems to works great not only for the .380 but also my G26, the G19 is a bit large for the rig.
