I think the Bianchi Minimalist 105 size 13/15 when I am not carrying in a Minotaur.

I like the Don Hume 721 OT. Good leather, nice and high ride, and only $40 or so.
I have this paddle holster for my Glock-36...expensive, but well worth the $$$.
