    Sad day in holster town...

I only own 1 holster. (My wife has 3). I LOVE my Cross Breed Super Tuck. I've been wearing it EVERY day for over 2 years now. Then I was laying on the floor and rolled over and CRACK! My kydex broke in two.

I'm VERY happy with the customer service at Cross Breed. I'll send my holster in, they'll fix it and send it back. I'm just trying to figure out what to do in the mean time.

I'd steal one of my wife's holsters, but she's a righty and I'm a lefty.

I'd order another Super Tuck, but it would take too long to get here. Maybe I'll stop in at the local store and pick up a cheap Uncle Mikes IWB to tide me over.

That is why I have at LEAST two holsters for every handgun I own. Leather is so pretty and nice. Get you a nice leather rig to supplement your CBST.

I have been lucky other than a hungry goat with my hybrid holsters not breaking. I have been looking for an all leather holster though.

Tommy Theis can make you the same holster for half the price and have it to you in five days.

Tommy is easy to do business with and quick to answer your questions.

    Ack....
I have, at last count, three holsters for my one carry weapon and five for the other ..... total overkill, something I do not recommend to anyone. I just like the looks of the dad gum things so much, you know?

    No kydex, either, all leather.

I have 3 for my carry weapon: a Theis for every day, a Fist for variety and a Uncle Mike's... just in case.

Did you turn in your man-card since your wife has more holsters than you?

I have 3 holsters for my LC9 compared to my husband's 1 for his P220. HOWEVER, he has a Pure Kustom Black Ops Pro, and 2 of the 3 can be used by both of us.

Since your wife is a lefty, I would suggest buying a 1 or 2 cheap ambi holsters to use in a pinch. We have a couple Remoras and DeSantis nylons in our holster bucket to use if needed.

Dang it ConcealedG30! You beat me to it! I was about to recommend Tommy to the OP myself. I love his holsters and I carry my CW9 in one every single day.

Was your gun not in the holster? I've had the kydex crack on my CBST once before (quickly warranteed by Crossbreed, sent Monday got it back that Friday) which I attributed to wearing the holster without the gun (and not loosening my belt) for 3 hours. Although I don't have one I will agree that having a decent back-up holster would be nice.
