One is for my new Kimber Solo. This is a great little carry piece so I made my first holster for it from scratch.
The second one is for a Ruger 3" GP100. The gentleman wanted to carry it in the appendix position so I made it too from scratch. I made it with zero cant and 4 holes on each side to accommodate his desires to make it adjustable.
Both are made from 6 oz horse hide and black .060 kydex and I am thrilled at how well they turned out.
You did a great job forming that Kydex, it looks very professional. How do the J hook's work for you? I prefer the C hook type that carry the weight on the belt.
Great job. Both look very professional.

Your holsters look good. I have a few questions though. I just completed my first three hybrids; two of them shown here: A pair of hybrids
The rivets you used, I really like that style, but I haven't found any long enough to go through .94 kydex and 8-9 oz. leather. Is that why you chose .60 kydex? Did you use the .60 kydex for the clips as well? Where did you purchase your materials?
