    Appendix Carry Question

I am attempting to get comfortable with appendix carry with my S&W 642. I have a Desantis Softuck for the job. I see that most appendix carry at about 1:00-2:00 (10:00-11:00 for me-lefty).

My question is do most carry strong side or cross draw? Also, what degree of cant if any do you typically use?

    Thanks!

Strong side......0 cant works best for me although I do have a couple of Holsters with 5-10 degree cant that also work well. I like clip style for AIWB carry.....it allows me to make slight adjustments when I'm in and out of my truck or just sitting in general....and are thinner than most loop style!

When I carry my snubby, it's strong side @ 1:30 in a Remora.

I only carry a snubbie appendix style about 1:00 for me which is right hand strong side... the snubbie ergnomics fit perfect appendix and ankle... I only cary appendix when I am untucked though, doesn't work for me with a tucked shirt...

I carry around one o clock. I haven't tried with a snubbie yet. With my Walther PPS I use a Mr. Softy from High Noon Holsters. I am very impressed with it. Especially at the price. For my M&P9c I use a fist #1. Both are nice holsters, although I may be buying more Mr. Softy's in the future. They are nothing special but they work. That's enough for me.
