I've heard nothing but good things about X-Concealment. I like the way that they remove the 'extra' material - I think it makes it look 'less like a holster' if you happen to uncover (I live in an OC state, but prefer to fly under the radar), and some of the detail work looks good too (yea, I know...it's a holster...it ain't supposed to look pretty). There's been quite a bit of good discussion over on GlockTalk - just search for a user name of 'X-Concealment'. Sounds like a great company to work with.
Hopefully I'll be ordering one for my G27 soon.
And there are some X-C holsters listed for only $42 on ebay...
I have been wanting to learn more about X-Concealment. They are quite nice from what I hear. I believe they offer a 10% discount to members of Glocktalk. I think the code is Glocktalk.
I have been using a (an?) x-concealment iwb holster for my Glock 17. It is well-made with a fast turnaround time, and works adequately. The only things I don't like about it are its straight drop and its high ride. I would prefer it to set another half-inch lower, with a 20-degree cant.

I have both and prefer the Raven. It seems to spread the weight of the gun over a larger area and seems more comfortable to me.
