I'm not sure what you consider low-riding, but Gary Brommeland makes a thin, comfortable IWB, the Max-con V, which is my all-day, every-day carry set-up for a Glock 19. The longer I wear it, the more comfortable it becomes. Here is his web-site:

He and his wife are both happy to give you as much help as you need over the phone.

I have a Milt Sparks Versa Max II for my Gen 3 G23 that is very comfortable and incredibly well made. There's a wait for it, but I think it's well worth it.

In the world of holsters, it seems as though anything worth having is worth waiting for. I have never heard anyone complain about a Sparks holster. Brommeland can have some significant wait times, as well.

AKJ Concealco LLC - Concealment gun holsters, personal defense related equipment, and other gunleather. I have 3 of his select grades including one for my G23 gen 3. I have them from several makers but his is the most comfortable by far and very concealable.

I have two High Noon Public Secret holsters. One for my G19C and G23. Awesome holsters.

I put one on in the morning and don't remove untill bed time. Very comfortable! Highly recomended.

If you're looking for a refined hybrid holster check out SHTF Gear LLC . I think you would really enjoy the holster. And it includes the best warranty (lifetime with free replacement clips for life)

Thanks! Congrats on your Glock 23, I have a 32 myself and love it.

I've got Crossbreed's SuperTuck Deluxe, which I absolutely love: SuperTuck Deluxe | Crossbreed Holsters - Super Tuck Deluxe It's easy to conceal, yet it's really comfortable. I carry it in the back of my pants with just a t-shirt covering it. Btw, I have a Glock 23, but not the Gen-4.

I've got a couple of Comp-Tac Minotaur MTAC holsters that I like. They are similar to the Crossbreeds, but production time is a day or two instead of a month or so. I just ordered a new one on Saturday, and got an e-mail a few minutes ago that it had been built and shipped today already...
