Help with sig 1911 4" holster selection please

Hey guys I just acquired a sig 1911 in a 4" that is (AWESOME) but I need to get a new holster I have super tucks for everything else I own but dont know if they work real good for more of a 2:30-3:00 carry which I am finding is very comfortable for me, its actually more like 3 with a good amount of cant. Right now I have a leather one which I cant seem to find a name on but works great just cant tuck around it.

Are there any of you 1911 lovers out there who would lend me your trial and error knowledge about what works for you.

You might take a look at a Galco V-Hawk. It allows you the option of using the belt loops like I do or you can replace them with the tuckable C-clips that are supplied with the holster.

Yeah, it is. My Kimber has the 3" barrel, but they make them for 4" 1911's also.

The holster has to be for a Sig. Sig's are not like normal 1911's. Or the maker has to be familiar with that gun.

Galco King Tuck and my commander made for a comfy, all day carry (tucked or not).

You may wish to take a good hard look at a Pure Kustom for an exceptional holster at a very fair price for the quality that you'de be getting.

Bingo! The Summer Special II is my top favorite 1911 holster. Just remember if you didn't get a classic 1911 Sig you will need a holster that will fit the Sig's different slide contour.

    Also,

Sig's mid-szie guns are 4.25" not, 4" so make sure you order your holster for the right lenght gun if you don't want .25" of the gun poking out the bottom.

That's where I prefer to wear mine.
