I use a Smartcarry holster sometimes when I walk or workout outdoors. Usually in the hotter months when the heat dictates light attire. Works well for me. It's a well made holster, comfortable and it serves it purpose.

I use a Pistol Wear PT-2 holster on my runs and love it! I have carried a Ruger SR9c or a S&W 642. Both ride well.

That's what I carry when at the gym or wearing sweats around the house. It's light enough that it carrys well even in sweats.

Check this out I use it more and more simple but works.
I can run with on even do a head stand with out a strap holding it in. No one product works for every one. They are a few different options.
By the way I also carry a Ruger SR9C in it I have the Standard model.

You could also look into a belly band or a holster shirt. There are several companies that make them both. I have one of each, and I find them both to do the job pretty well when wearing workout clothes.

I carry the same thing I normally do: g23. I put on my u-wear or compression shorts and undershirt, then my leather gun belt and holster, then my larger nylon running shorts, then my normal oversized t-shirt. Running, biking, weightroom, etc. No problem.

When I was running a lot, I switched to my LCP is something similar to a belly band. Worked beautifully. In the gym I carry my Emerson Karambit and I feel just fine with that guy.

I carry an IWB desantis holster for my 38sp+p ruger lcr when walking in sweats has a clip that fits sweats OK. I'm 70 yrs old and the clip is kinda hard to get on the sweats but once its on it stays there. This holster has an adjustable cant once I have it on I forget about it. I think I'm going to order a couple remoras in the future one for LCR and another for SP-101??

I carry the pepper blasterII while on a run or out on the road bike. I just took my CCW class so that may change in the near future.

I carry in a Remora when working out/walking.
The key for me is the light gun: S&W 340 M&P revolver.
Super light...always checking to see if it's still there!
5 rounds of .357 magnum in a super light package....

I ordered 2 remoras yesterday. One for sp-101 357 and one for 38 lcr. They will be here in a few days. Hoping for the best.

I agree with whoever said running is the only time you won't look foolish with a fanny pack.

Actually It zippers closed with a strip of velcro for the release tab. It hasn't popped open on me yet. And I keep a fairly descent pace of 6-7 minute miles on shorter runs and 8-9 minute miles on longer runs.

I run a lot and rarely see anyone under 70 with a fanny pack
