Remora with full sweat shield is great

I had the original remora for my g19 but would liked to have to combat cut. Went to order and saw they just released a new version called full sweat shield. I ordered it with the combat cut and it is very comfortable.

I got mine yesterday. It's for my S&W 642 and it has the sweat shield. It is extremely comfortable.

I'm looking to order one for my G19 as well. I would like to carry it appendix style. Is the sweat shield version more comfortable than the original? thanks

Dang it, why do I look in here? I have too many holsters as it is! Now I've gotta give the remora a try. Must be the clever name...

So the gun I need a IWB holster for is my M&P 40c that has been modified to make the grip, amongst other things, extra-grippy (coincidently, the stippling treatment is named sharkskin). For this reason, I opted for the ART model with the full shield modification. That grip is pretty rough against my side, even with a undershirt. I would not change a thing, it really works great, just kinda hard to carry IWB.

    Here's a picture:

I hope I made the right choice in getting the FS. Will let yall know when it comes in...

What do you Remora folks do when you're in the bathroom? Do you just remove the whole rig every time?

Depends, if it's a standup procedure I do either of the following, use zipper (can be a pain, pun intended) or remove the rig and stick it under my arm. The SOP for sitting can be more complicated, and I have not found a good option for this as I am a bit of a germ-a-phobe and don't like setting my gun/holster on the back of the throne or the TP dispenser.......

I just got the standard version for my Glock 19. It didn't appear that the "combat cut" version had a big difference. I'd be curious to read some reviews of the sweat shield version especially from those that have the standard. Also, just saw Remora has a tuckable version just out.
