    Good OWB holster for CC?

    Hey guys,

I'm looking for a good OWB holster, preferably a quality leather, for my S&W M&P 9c to carry daily. I currently have the CrossBreed ST and have just ordered a Remora, but was thinking of trying something different. IWB just isn't working for me that well. I have a blade-tech, for IDPA, but it's not concealable at all. I had really liked the look and angle of the DMBullard Bodyguard, but they are not taking orders for a while. Also looked at Alessi and Galco and a few others from the Holster-Makers List (awesome resource BTW ).

Anyone have a good suggestion for me? Silly question, of course you do

Pics would be appreciated by all I think.

    Thanks all!

And before I get the flak...yeah, I've combed through about 92 different holster review threads

This is quite a good holster for OWB, and I have 4 - 5 of them for various firearms.
    FIST, INC.
It rides high and tight. The pic of the holster with the Glock in it is what I carry my Glock-36 in...quality, comfort, reasonable price, and quick delivery.

What kind of budget are you looking at?

There are good to great recommendations I could make at either end of the price spectrum.

Cheaper, I like the Desantis speed scabbard. Or if you have more cash to spend, look at Pure Kustom. I also like Side Guard for a mid range price.

    Good luck!

I like my Galco for my G-19 or G-26. it is a belt slide that I wear about 4 o clock. Leather and Kydex. The draw is good, smooth and the gun does not rattle.when I walk around. It was $38.00. The 26 is almost invisible.
Bianchi makes a full leather holster that may work for you.

Probably want to keep it under $100 for now. If the method works well enough, I may want to get something a little more unique down the road. The Fist looks really good for the price.

The Side Guards look good as well, very clean and simple appearance. I notice the trigger opening is slightly exposed, does that concern anyone?

Spend the little bit extra $150 and get a Pure Kustom Black Ops Pro, it can be worn IWB or OWB and at many different cants. A total of 23 different configurations with one holster. Can't beat it.

An offering by Pure Kustom would be hard to beat. Also check out UBG.

Pm Sgb. He makes them himself and they look incredible. I am still planning on ordering one soon for my m&p9c and he will send pics of a guy wearing one with a T-shirt and you can't see it at all.

The Slide Guard does look good! I have your Single Skin Mag Pouch that I use daily. Been pretty happy with it. I'll add this to my "potentials list" Thanks man.

A lot of recommendations for Pure Kustom!! I'll admit their product does look really good. Interesting concept, if the OWB carry didn't work out so well, the holster would still find use IWB! Damn, I'll add that to the list as well. Some really good suggestions guys, by the time the decision is made I'll end up with like 3 different holsters!
