Broke college student looking for a own holster

I currently carry my G23 in either a crossbreed qwik clip or a basic serpa holster.

I'm wanting to branch put into the world of all leather holsters. But, like the title says I'm a broke college student. Here is what I'm looking for.

    Leather
    Owb
    FBI cant
    Thumb break
    Under $50

    Any suggestions?

    Hello,

Look at DeSantis. They are pretty good.

    Just an example, this one

    19, 23, 32 — DeSantis Holster

is $58. Eat Ramen Noodles for one more day maybe? I didn't go through their entire product line, but I'm sure you will!

I was a broke college student once, and used DeSantis then.

    Regards,

    Josh

Buy a holster kit from OLDFAITHFULHOLSTERS.COM! Seriously one of the cheapest places to get a great leather/kydex holster! Just takes a little effort on your part, but minimal at that! They have forward cant holster kits starting at 32.95 up to 38.95 for the premium kits. Lots of options. Worth checking out if your on a budget!

Under $50 is going to be hard to do. Check e-bay and gunbroker for used items, I've found Bianchi and Aker holsters pretty cheap there, or look here...

You can also find vendors selling holsters at gun shows.I found a Buchmeier, old, but unused in the package for 5 bucks. It's a black leather belt-slide .The seller had a table full of them.

Tagua gun leather. The thumb break model is $55 MSRP. I bought a "quick draw" 1911 model up the street for less than MSRP. Had never heard of it, it was $30, figured more holsters never hurt, and have carried it quite a bit since. I'm happy with it.

No problem, I have been very pleased with all my High Noon holsters and the service that comes with them, so I generally recommend them to a lot of people. You guys have treated me right, so I try to return the favor.

OP, something to take into account is High Noon's liberal return policy. If you get the Skin tite, and try it our for a week or two and don't like it (you have up to 30 days), you can return it and get your money back.

I've had really good luck with Tagua's products. Generally, I pay around $35-$40 for their holsters, and I've owned quite a few for different pistols.
