I got the IWB double phalanx for my SR9c.
One problem you may find is that a lot of holsters listed for the SR40 are actually made for the SR9. I expect that this is part of the problem you've run into. Our holsters are made specifically for the SR40, you can check them out here. Ruger SR40C ACE-1 Holster

Give Nate a call(ugly bald guy) UBG Holsters. He did a beautiful job on a IWB for my M&P Shield! You won't be disappointed!!!

I use a Crossbreed Supertuck IWB and a Tagua Thumb Break for when I OC
