Hopp Custom Leather w/Pics :)
Had to post a picture of my new Hopp Custom Leather holster and mag carrier for my XDm .45 3.8. Convertible, iwp/owp, tuckable w/clips. Very well made, should last a very long time. Comfy out of the gate, that'll only get better. Eric is a great guy to deal with, very obliging with special requests, a true "custom" maker. Turn around time was just about six weeks, good things come to those who wait.

Nice looking rig. I experimented with kydex for a while, but I'm back to leather now.

Nice holster! I just sent Eric a message about having a holster done for my P7M8 and can't wait to see what he comes up with.

Ideal for whom? I much prefer 0-5 degrees.

If you're saying ideal in the case of another trying to unholster the weapon that's one thing. If you're saying ideal for the wearer's draw there are far to many variables at play IMHO (comfort, flexibility, etc.).

Looks good, one thing though, with that small a magazine it might be better to have a mag carrier that isn't so tall, it could stand to be at trimmed down from the top by at least 3/4" or more. It will allow for both a better grip on the magazine and faster overall removal.
