PJ Holster for M&P Shield Review w/Pics
Just got my new IWB holster today from Paul at PJ Holster, total time from order to receipt was 2 weeks just like he promised. Great communication throughout and the quality and fit are excellent.
The combo is very comfortable to carry and conceals great, I'm really happy with the purchase.
Price: $45 which includes shipping.

Looks like some sharp edges on the end of that sweat shield. Other than that it's nice for those who prefer kydex.

Thanks thunder. I picked up a 40 a couple of weeks ago and I'm looking and thinking on holster choice. I grabbed a cheap Galco at the shop that day but it'll end up in "the drawer". We've all got one. I'm approaching this deliberately....investing in the Shield. Once it proves reliability then it's a holster and some trigger work. So far it's been 100%.
How's the weight distribution on your rig after a couple of hours?

Just ordered a PJ a few days ago for my LC9. Can't wait to test it out.

Have one on the way for the CM9, been using a remora but it feels a little bulky.

Does anyone have an opinion on the tuckable that pj has? I also have a Shield, and was thinking about trying one. Do they work as proclaimed ?

Looks like a well-formed rig...personally just not a fan of Kydex. If it's gonna be rubbin on me, I prefer leather.
But it does seem a bit hypocritical of me to be a fan of polymer handguns and still be "old-school" about leather holsters.

I guess a better question would be, do tuckables work well, and do a good job of concealment ?

Its great, I got one been wearing it for a week, the only issue I had is the ride height, which hes currently fixing, but the tuckable part is great and works wonderful

Thanks guy's, I'm considering the kydex because it should slip in and out of my waistband easier than the leather. I also like the option of tucking in my shirt

I don't really notice it, although I did have to adjust it a little while driving - once I found the right spot I forgot it was there.
