I have had several customers ask me to make this type of kydex holster. Here is one for a glock 19/23. It is not the type of thing I would normally like, but I have been wearing my PF9 in one I made for that gun and I have to say I am starting to see the appeal. Kydex can ride so high it makes for a very concealable holster that is more comfortable than I thought it would be.
Wow, awesome work. I loved worked with thermoplastics in college, besides the smell anyway. Have an associates degree in Plastics Engineering, probably forgotten alot of it by now though since I dont work in the field lol.
Thanks. It's really not hard at all once you figure out that you NEED an IR thermometer. FWIW Kydex doesn't really smell like anything unless you get it over about 360* which is too hot anyway.
