I'm looking for a Kydex IWB holster that has the part that protects the slide from your skin when worn under your shirt. FIST has one or two but they are a little pricey. Anyone know of any others? Its for a Taurus Millennium PT145 Pro, but it will fit some Glock holsters.
is a little more...but then you get a lot more! I have a couple dozen Fist holsters...in both leather and kydex...
Some of their holsters have the body guard already...with the others I paid the $8 extra and had it included. ALL my holsters have a body guard...makes perfect sense here in Florida.
I have the typical 'box of holsters', but my Fist holsters are all I use now. The more holsters you buy...over time...the bigger the discount you can get. Somewhere between my 10th and 12th holsters I started getting 20%...now that's for ALL my purchases.
Good quality...good leather/boned holsters...fantastic clips...all my IWB hold their shape for one-handed re-holstering of weapon...definitely a quality product (no, I don't own stock in Fist!)
I have three more on order right now...2 leather and 1 kydex.

Crossbreed holsters are awesome if you're concerned about the gun rubbing against your skin. They use a plate of leather for the back and have a kydex form riveted to it to hold the gun. You can get them in standard IWB, tuckable IWB and SOB with or without cant/height adjustability. They're priced a little higher than a Fist or Hume, but less than a Sparks or Tucker. $45 to $60 IIRC with shipping.
I use one for my XD service when I can go untucked or wear a jacket.
Thanks for the sugestions! The FIST models I was looking at were $65 and $109 respectively, so some of your suggestions are definitely less expensive which is what I was looking for. I'm looking for Kydex only because the last IWB I used was brown leather with a Kydex insert for reholstering but got flimsy after a year and became severely discolored from persperation. It gets hot down in these parts!
