Yes, it is easy to get on and off. I can't answer you as to how it feels against your skin since I always wear a "wife beater" undershirt no matter what holster I am carrying.

It's ridiculously easy to pop it on and off. RM makes a fine kydex rig; but so does JS Holsters and PJ holsters. They are virtually the same design. Comfortable for all day? Yeah, they're okay. After you wear one a few times, it's not that noticeable. I use mine for quick trips, if I am going to be wearing it all day, I go with a leather IWB holster, and I tend to favor the UBG Striker or Canute.
