For you guys with battle belts and holsters.

What kind of set ups do you have? Pics and a good description would be great. The reason I ask is that I want to get a so called tactical setup for my Glock 19.

Here's a link to a thread I started a few months ago about my first "battle" belt. It has worked well for me. I did change the G-Code holster adapter to one that drops a little lower. If interested I can post a new picture.

I know you're looking for a belt, but have you ever thought about a non ballistic vest?

Do you have a Army Surplus store near you. Many years ago I bought something similar to what is shown in the link above for when my FD was on brush fires. I had it set up for firefighting but as I remeber, you could add whatever you wanted to the belt.

Our Air Force PJ's and Combat Controllers use Crye Precision with there setups and carry Glock 19's. I myself was looking at a Condor Battle Belt.

    TWO GUNS

I purchased the belt and pouches from SKD Tactical - very good site, good customer service and fast delivery. Sometimes they may not have it in stock, but you can get an e-mail notice when its available.
The G-Code holster and belt adapter directly from G-Code.

I read a lot of threads on different sites to help with my decision. On ar15.com, in the Armory section is a Tactical Gear forum and on m4carbine.net, there is also a good forum on gear.

Let me know if I can help with anything else.

My usual tactical rig carries my 1911. However I do have a setup for the Glock. I personally love the Safariland Model 6355 and I've tried most people can name at one point or another. (Of course this is a thigh holster, not a traditional belt holster. If I had to carry on the belt I'd pick the Safariland 6285)

I guess my belt is not good enough. I have to hike the hardware up every couple of hours.

Post a picture once you have your gear setup. FWIW, I use a Taco pistol pouch for a multi-tool or my light.
