I wear a 642 IWB in remora at 9 o'clock. I don't know why but it is the most comfortable set up. More than any pistols I carry. Is it just me or are there others out there? I carry speed strips and +p ammo and I feel secure with this set up. I carry a G26 at times also.
I sometimes carry a S&W Model 60 at 2 o'clock in a High Noon Public Secret.

For me I want the holster secured to something like a good quality gunbelt.
I like speed strips or HKS speedloaders.
The important issue is that you are comfortable with what you carry and how you carry it.
