I had an issue with my Crossbreed Holster and I sent it back to Crossbreed because they have a Lifetime Guarantee.
It came back to me, fully repaired, in just one week. Oh, did I mention there was no charge?
I plan to be a lifetime customer for Crossbreed; I'm setting aside a little money to purchase my son his first Crossbreed holster for a Christmas present.
If they ever need a customer testimonial, I am fully on board with that.
I've always heard great things about their customer service, haven't had to use it yet. Glad to hear everything was smooth and quick - I wouldn't expect anything less from them. When I had a question while ordering a holster, I got an email response back the same day.
I also had a same day e-mail response to a question regarding the best holster for appendix carry, and now they make one specifically for that purpose. Got it on order, can't wait :D

This is great to read. I'm looking for a way to carry my SR9 and have been looking at Crossbreed Super Tuck.
Maybe it's time I make the purchase.
