So far seems like some good information...and a lot of varied answers for sure!

No Bass Pro's in the area and the new Cabala's they built is over 1.5 hours away :/.

When it comes to jeans, I'm a Levis man. Worn 'em since I was a kid back in the late 40s. And I can pocket carry my 642 in a DeSantis Nemesis pocket holster just fine. Not exactly a speedy draw, but it carries just fine.

Another vote for Carhartt double fronts - the best I've found so far. I haven't tried the Duluth jeans yet though.

Depending on how old you are, I love American eagle jeans, I'm not a preppy kid, never have been. I just love those jeans, boot cut or low rise boot cut, they are expensive though, but I buy maybe 3 pairs a year but they last for a very long time, but I'm 21, so if you're a middle aged guy I very seriously doubt you would ever wear a pair of faded or ripped jeans. My dad and older cousins wear lee jeans, they last long too but you could buy 10 pair for the price of my 5

The real tragedy of Blue jeans is that we have moved all the good sweatshops overseas.

I like the Pointer brand carpenter jeans best. They have great pockets to carry a 642 in pocket holster.
The police are not there to protect you from crime, they are there to arrest the guy after the crime has been committed, assuming they find him. It is your responsibility to protect yourself and your family.

Second vote on the Dickies. MY backup45 is completely in the pocket, out of sight.

Haegar's pants/slacks have real deep pockets. Not quite like Jeans, But I use them on occasion for work, when all my Dickies are dirty.
