I am a full size gentleman also, I believe I have built a very comfortable conceal carry system that works well for me. I started with a nice wide thick leather belt in both black and brown. I use a Don Hume holster H726 No. 10-3 1/2, a Dickies "Perry" suspenders, with my Colt defender. I have been carrying concealed for over 30 years. This set up is flexible, comfortable, and works well, even when riding in a car.
