I just got a Comp-Tac belt. I like it alot so far. MUCH stiffer than my old department store belt. No one has noticed it, so that shows that it doesnt stick out like some gun belts.

I picked up an Original SOE E.D.C. belt last week.
John stayed in constant contact with me and the belt took less than 2 weeks from the day I placed the order until it arrived at my door.
Ultra-stiff, goes well with jeans. They have a Kaki Blue one that goes great with semi-dress pants.
IMO, its an awesome piece.

I dont buy gun belts. Cant see spending a ton of money when I can find belts that do the same thing for less. I have a Nacona belt that I have used for over three years now. Cost me around 30 bucks. Very thick very stiff. Has worked great with out breaking the bank. It doesnt roll or sag even with a fully loaded glock 22, 2 extra mags, a TDI and a flashlight.
Looking at picking up a better/dedicated gun belt, as my flimsy normal belts won't cut it.
What do you guys think about the kydex reinforced leather belts (specifically for an IWB and occasional mag carriers)?
I'm aware of Looper ($60+) and Beltman ($90+). Is the Beltman quality really 50% better than the Looper? Are there any others I should take a look at?
Not interested in Area/Wilderness or other nylon setups at this time; thanks.
EDIT: Looks like I was wrong about the Beltman, but some searching quickly came up with a number of other Kydex-reinforced options:
Looper: http://www.looperlawenforcement.com/...ster-belt.html
AG Gun Leather: http://agcustomgunleather.com/produc...-hide-belts-3/
Aker B21: http://www.akerleather.com/off-duty-...2%84%A2&id=B21
Comp-Tac: http://www.comp-tac.com/product_info.php?products_id=43

However, I read this on another forum and would appreciate your guys' thoughts on it. Have any of you run into this:
The problem with the Kydex lined belts is that 1. it means the leather isn't the nicest or it wouldn't need a liner, and 2. the liner will eventually break where it has to bend to go through the buckle. It will break long before the belt wears out, and make the belt unusable.
Just got two Crossbreed belts a few weeks back. Couldn't be more happy. Simple and stylish and pragmatic. They do the job really well as I carry my Shield in a FoxX Trapp at the 4:30/5 o'clock position. I wear these belts to work where I can't carry (education) or don't carry (church).
