I have tried many a holster, as we all have, but the one I keep coming back to, time and time again, is the Minotaur MTAC Holster.
I know this can lead to a caliber war type discussion, but you gotta go with what works for you.

This can be very subjective depending on user, gun, ect.
Ironic.. I returned my Minotaur MTAC holster because it made my gun feel very heavy, I couldn't find a comfortable position and the j-clips were printing through my jeans more than the gun was. I got a Remora and am really liking it.
I have never been able to put hybrids in the "comfortable" catagory. Like Rocky says, very subjective, depending. That said, here is my most comfortable leather holster, ever:
