Hi, I have an opportunity to purchase a VMII that was made in 2008 for $100. It has only been used for about 6 months in that time frame and shows little wear.
Has there been any changes to the holster line that may make an older VMII more or less desirable?

Holster is still pretty much the same...buy it.

If they changed the VM2 gun owners may start a riot. Other than some very minor details possibly being different you'd get the same holster today. Great price on great gear and without the wait time. I don't see a downside.

Only downside is the wait....

Quoted 16-20 weeks. I just ordered a 55BM and a 60TK for my Beretta 92FS. Anticipation... You're lucky to find one available.

Been carrying my Browning Hi-Power in a VMII for the last 8 months or so and best holster ever! Ordered a VMII for my Kimber Pro Raptor & it should be here any day, can't hardley wait !

Yeah, I hope it fits. I Googled "VMII G19" and looked at a bunch of photos, comparing to how the gun rides in my holsters currently....I think it will fit, but like you said, it will be close!
