a lot of the holster makers on this site make them for Maks, Kevin @ K&D made mine, it works great for me. you just have to shop around to get an idea of what you'd like, I'm sure you'll get some replies from the fine craftsmen we have here on this site! also there is a fine sticky at the top of this page with a bunch of links! http://www.combatcarry.com/vbulletin...ad.php?t=11349

The Mitch Rosen company makes a number of holsters designed to fit between the belt and the pants, and I presume they make them for a Makarov. Rosen holsters are expensive but very well made:Originally Posted by Hekkenschutze

I make everything for the Mak...one of my daily carry guns. Look around and see what you like. If I can help...just give me a yell.
