How hard would it be to sell a preformed kydex?

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, so sorry if not.

I'm considering buying a used White Hat Holster that has a M&P9 kydex installed right now. Problem is I have a M&P9 Shield not a fullsize. You can change them out on a White Hat so I'm thinking of buying it and ordering the right kydex but it would only be worth it financially if I can sell the kydex for at least $20. How hard do you think it would be to unload something like that? Is that the sort of thing people would buy? Just the formed kydex and not the leather backing or hardware?

I'm sure you could find a buyer, but not at $20.

I doubt you'd be able to sell it for much considering they sell them for $20, but in all honesty, why wouldn't you just hang onto it in case you ever decide to pick up an M&P9?

Its the american flag one so they sell them for $30 but you do have a point that they could buy a plain one for $20.

If I sold it for $10 I'd be better off buying a new one. I think I'll skip on the used holster

Call White Hat Holsters and ask them if they would like to take it off your hands for a discount towards your replacement kydex.

Keep in mind that it will cost you a few bucks to mail it to them.
