Mine are a toss up between a Crossbreed & Don Humme. What's yours? There may be another post, if so please ignore this one. If yours is not listed please post your own choice.
Love my Crossbreed Supertuck. Comfortable (have the horsehide version), adjustable, conceals nicely, secures the firearm well, easy draw (holster doesn't move), reholsters with confidence. Not sure what else you'd want.
I have holsters from a number of makers on the given list. I chose Alessi as I do prefer their CQC/S for OWB carry of my G19 and G23. However, I own more Sparks VM2s and 5 Shot Leather holsters than any other brand.

I used a Kholster Crescent. There are a highly underrated holster. I think people think there cheap because of the price (which has gone up). But the reality is they use very good grade leather, heavy duty Kydex and hardware and are IMO more comfortable than the other Hybrid IWBs I've tried. That being said I'm always open to trying more.
My vote for IWB holsters is N8² Tactical Holsters (http://n82tactical.com/n82store/). I have one of their original holsters for my S&W Bodyguard 380. Usually I can't even tell I am wearing it. Very comfortable.
I have a Crossbreed Supertuck Shorty with Horsehide, and a Remora #6ART SS with Remora-Hyde for my M&P 40c and I have to say Remora wins hands down in overall comfort, most concealable, ease of use, and low profile. Although Crossbreed does work well for certain applications i.e. dress clothes with shirt tucked in. I have to say Crossbreed I bet is only in the lead because most people are apprehensive to try a clip less holster like Remora I know I was. But I guarantee if everyone tried Remora ONE time it would be the clear winner. I find myself wearing the Remora more often than any other holster I have. I wear my gun more now than I ever did with my Crossbreed. I wear my Remora while lounging around the house in pajamas after work when before my gun would be somewhere "nearby". I urge you to try Remora if you haven't if your not fully impressed with your holster voice your opinion to Alan the owner of Remora and I'd put money on it that if he couldn't satisfy your wants and needs than he would refund your cash. I bet you would like you holster though, there is just so many ways you can use it.
I can't say I have one. I have 1 for every hand gun I own and they all work and feel great with the gun I have them made for. I think anyone who has holsters made for their specific hg will be in the same boat as I.
I guess I go against the grain here. I have one IWB holster and its a Barsony. I have read bad things about them, they are cheap etc. It works for me and it holds up well for me and is not nearly the price of the ones listed in the poll. Are they cheap as far as dollars? Yes they are, but as I said works for me and never had a problem.
I'm new to CC. Bought a Barsony on eBay, and it's very comfortable to wear. I don't have my pistol for CC yet, so I put an Airsoft replica M&P 40 in it to see how it works. Same size and shape as the real thing, and only somewhat lighter in weight. Easy to draw the gun, but so far, a pain to reholster. Might just be my inexperience, but the holster seems to collapse, making it difficult to reinsert the gun. Any suggestions welcome.
