    USMC prototype photos

    Now be aware that this is the rough concept holster, there are stitching errors and it was still wet when I took pics of it.

    The stitching will be done with a natural (tan) color thread.

    This is not the quality of work that I would send out of here, this is strictly R&D work. Look at the other threads to get an idea how the finished product will look.

    This was put together in some down time while working on orders.........I wasn't too concerned with detail until this weekend when I do it up right for the Springfield XD 4" service model.

    I'm sure the finished ones will real nice, how can they not be with the type of work that you do.

    heck, that's better than I coould do in a year on a piece of paper...take your time Devil Doc, no one ever said a good piece of work has to be done overnight

    Sorry for the necro post, but is there any movement on these? I found this thread via google when looking for "USMC commemorative 1911s," and I could certainly go for one of these holsters.
